Job description

This vacancy is only open to those currently employed by the University.

We are seeking a well-organised, flexible, and computer literate team-player to manage the School’s reception. The receptionist is the first point of contact for all students, faculty and visitors of the School, so the successful candidate will need excellent customer services skills, and will be able to work (and stay calm) under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good telephone manners and attention to detail are also important requirements. As part of your role, you will also provide clerical support to the professional services team.

Please contact Mar Balboa Carbón for informal enquiries.
