Hours: Full time or part time hours considered up to a maximum of 36.5 per week. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need). Core working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Contract: fixed term until 30 June 2020

Salary: starting at £18,688 to £20,836 per annum

Job description

This post offers an opportunity to join a friendly team of professional services staff within the busy and vibrant School of History, Art History and Philosophy at the University of Sussex, working on a full time basis until 30 June 2020.

The post holder will undertake a variety of tasks including reception work, data entry, support for administrators and faculty, photocopying, purchasing stationery, assisting with visitor enquiries, and helping to organise school events. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, experience of providing customer service and working as part of a team.
