The Ambassador Programme Manager significantly supports the work of the Access team by leading on the development of our student ambassador programme, ensuring student voice is represented in Access programmes and providing a support network for student led Access projects.   

To be successful in this role you will need significant experience of:

·         Recruitment, training and development of student employees/student volunteers

·         Development and delivery of widening participation programmes with school and college age students.

·         Effective project and budget management skills

·         Programme evaluation
