Job description

Based predominantly on the Information Desk within the Student Life Centre this post is focused on providing a professional, accurate, proactive and responsive advice service to students.  The role holder will also take responsibility for key administrative functions for the Student Life Centre including the day to day liaison with administrative colleagues and partners across the University.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised person, who has excellent customer service skills, is a good team member and has a proven ability in efficient and accurate data analysis. The ability to be attentive, empathic and caring to students seeking information, advice and guidance is essential. The successful candidate will display initiative, flexibility and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
