Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Business Services team as an Academic Promotions & Senior Appointments Co-ordinator.

Providing administrative support for recruitment and the employment life cycle, the role has specific responsibility to co-ordinate the academic promotions and recruitment to senior roles in the University. 

You will be well-organised and customer-focused with considerable experience of administrative work gained within a busy and complex environment. 

Experience of handling large volumes of paperwork and emails within defined timescales is essential as is the ability to prioritise and organise work to meet the necessary deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. 

You will need to be a confident and customer focused communicator by email and on the telephone and able to interact with senior people.
