Hours: Part time, hours considered up to a maximum of 0.5 FTE This role is a job share with an existing member of the WP team, so there is the requirement to work specific working days, to be agreed.
Salary: starting at £33,797 to £40,322 per annum pro rata.

The Academic Partnership Manager significantly supports the work of the team by engaging and encouraging participation of our academic community in programmes and projects delivered to underrepresented groups. The role leads on the continuous development of academic WP programmes including the University of Sussex Access Programme, residential WP summer schools, academic masterclasses and other attainment raising programmes and projects.
To be successful in this role you will need significant experience of:
· developing and delivering WP activities in an HE setting
· developing excellent working relationships in educational and/or third sector organisations
· effective team leadership
· effective project and budget management skills
