Mindfulness on Campus

Evidence suggests that practicing Mindfulness can be beneficial for our wellbeing. You can find out more about mindfulness on the Mental Health Foundation website.

Our Chaplaincy service run free Mindfulness sessions multiple times a week, all through the year.

All students and staff are welcome to attend and you don't need to book a place.
