Training and development
There is a range of training available to associate tutors in their teaching role. This includes the online Preparing to Teach Study Direct site, the Starting to Teach training, becoming an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, induction at School and Subject/Department level, training in relation to disabled students, Teaching and Learning Development Events, mentoring, peer observation of teaching, central staff induction and general Staff Development opportunities.
