The Suss-Ex Club is sad to report that Trevor Beeforth, former colleague from the Engineering Department, passed away on 26 April 2023 after an acute stroke. He was 88 and left behind two sons, Simon and Richard, and two grandsons.
Trevor joined Sussex in 1968 and after his formal retirement was an active supporter of the Suss-Ex Club. His funeral will be held on Thursday 18 May at 11am at Woodvale Crematorium (North Chapel), Brighton BN2 3QB, and will be followed by a celebration of his life at the Park View, Preston Drove, BN1 6LD.
