Food and culture

Brighton has many Indian restaurants and international supermarkets which sell Indian products, such as Taj The Grocer.

You can also buy international products from our on-campus market or from food markets in Brighton.

South Asian Students’ Society

The popular South Asian Students’ Society acts as a home away from home for Indian students studying at Sussex, organising a range of events incredible Holi and Diwali celebrations each year.

Other societies

• the Buddy Scheme, which matches new students with current students based on your interests and includes activities and trips
