Jinghong’s story

Globalisation, Business and Development MA, Chevening Scholar from 2017-2018

My year at Sussex inspired me in many ways.

Studying at Sussex broadened my understanding and allowed me to reflect on the roles of humanitarian and development actors in the complex and changing global development dynamics.

Brighton is such a lovely city. It’s a perfect combination of natural beauty and history. And with its open atmosphere, it quickly makes you feel at home.

I will cherish the year-long experience in Brighton as a rewarding and joyful experience.
