Important notes for applicants

• You need to detach form DR - notification of degree result from your application.
• This should be forwarded to the Transcripts Section in the Student Systems Office for completion when results are known.
• The Student Systems Office will complete the form and return it directly to the funding body to meet their deadline - Please note the deadline for the ESRC is the 1st May/31st July, The AHRB is 1st May/16th July.
• Dates on these forms vary from year to year. Please refer to your individual form for up-to-date deadline information.
• Please ensure you submit form DR to Student Systems in time to meet the deadline.
