Transcript and Alumni Services
This section of the Student Systems Office provides official documentation to support both current and former students who wish to go on to further studies, need verification for employment purposes or who are in the process of transferring to another institution, for example the Open University.
Transcripts for Undergraduate Students
Please note that final transcripts for Undergraduate Students who complete their studies in June will be distributed with Degree certificates at the Graduation ceremonies in July or will be posted with degree certificates a fortnight after the Graduation ceremonies. Please Note: Earlier requests for additional transcripts (for which the applicable charge will be made) will only be dealt with if absolutely necessary and in any case cannot be provided before the end of summer term when the final results are ratified.
