Are you a language lover who is looking to develop leadership and group facilitation skills?
The Language Café - a collaboration between the Students' Union and the Sussex Centre for Language Studies - is looking for Leaders.
You will be responsible for devising and delivering fun activities and games to facilitate language learning. There is lots of scope for your input, ideas and creativity with all training provided.

What is the Language Cafe?
The Language Café is a collaboration between the Students' Union and the Sussex Centre for Language Studies. It provides a space for students to practise learning languages in an informal and sociable way. The cafés take place every week and are lead by a small team of Language Café Leaders.
If you want more of a casual role at the cafés, why not be a volunteer? Language Café Volunteers facilitate language learning at their chosen language table, they assist the Leaders with the running of the cafés and are the fluent speakers on the tables to help learners. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about their language and would like to help others learn.
The deadline for applications are Monday 13th June with interviews in the week beginning 20th June
