Fill out your end-of-term survey to feed back on your modules!

From today (Monday 4 December 2017) you are invited to complete the online end-of-term survey. This survey asks for a satisfaction score and comments about your autumn term modules, as well as asking questions about your satisfaction and engagement with your course overall.

Completion of the questionnaire will be online via Sussex Direct.

What about finalists and postgraduate taught students?

If you are an undergraduate final-year student eligible for the National Student Survey (NSS), you will be invited to complete only the first module-focussed section of the questionnaire as you will be contacted separately by an external agency in the new year to take part in the NSS .

Likewise, if you are a postgraduate taught (PGT) student you will be able to complete only the first section of the Sussex questionnaire.

When will the questionnaire be open?

The questionnaire will be open for a 4-week period. You will be able to take part in the questionnaire from Monday 4 December until Sunday 31 December 2017.

If you are studying modules that run across both the autumn and spring terms, you will be able to comment on these in the survey released towards the end of term 2 at the end of April 2018.

How will questionnaire results be disseminated?

Module satisfaction results will be available in Sussex Direct. Module convenors will have the opportunity to provide comments on the results in order to close the feedback loop.

Analysis of the second section of the questionnaire will be undertaken and shared with schools by the Planning team within Governance.

Where is further information available?

You can find a guide for students on using the new questionnaires on the ADQE End-of-term questionnaires page.

If you have any further questions about the changes, you can contact Clare Wolstenholme in ADQE.
