Meet and Greet at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports
On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September 2012, there will be University of Sussex representatives at both airports to welcome new international students to the UK as follows:
Gatwick Airport
Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September between 8am and 6pm.
Student helpers will be in the South Terminal International Arrivals Hall which is next to the Airport Information Desk.
Heathrow Airport
Saturday 15 September - between 6am and 10pm.
Sunday 16 September - between 6am and 9pm.
Student helpers will be located in the Terminal 3 and Terminal 5 Arrivals Areas.
All student helpers will be wearing blue t-shirts and carrying a University of Sussex sign. The representatives will be there to welcome you and answer questions as well as direct you to the coaches or trains.
If you do see our airport welcome team, do introduce yourself as a new Sussex student. Please note that we are also offering a free pre-bookable coach service to the University.
