Study Direct issues – guidance for students

There have been some recent issues with students not being able to access Study Direct. However, this service is now up and running. The University apologises for any inconvenience and thanks you for your patience if you have been affected.

If you have missed an e-submission deadline due to the problems, please submit as soon as possible.  Please rest assured you will not face a late penalty if you submit within the late submission period.

Updated information on Study Direct has been, and will continue to be given – please refer here for updates.

If you do experience any issues uploading an e-submission to Study Direct, please do keep trying.

School office submissions are not affected, so please make sure you keep to these deadlines, as normal.

If you have any further concerns please contact your school office.
