SRAC Complaints Policy and Procedures

Sussex Regional ACCESS Centre (SRAC) is committed to providing a high quality service to all users of its services. We believe that students are entitled to expect courtesy and efficient, professional attention. We welcome suggestions on how to improve our service and will give prompt and serious attention to any concerns about the running of SRAC.

We anticipate that most concerns will be resolved quickly by an informal approach to the appropriate member of staff. If this does not resolve the issue satisfactorily, we have a set of procedures for dealing with concerns. All formal complaints are logged to enable us to monitor our services.

We aim to bring all concerns about the running of Sussex Regional ACCESS Centre to a satisfactory conclusion for all of the parties involved. To achieve this, we operate a Complaints Procedure, which is available in different formats from SRAC Reception or electronically at SRAC Complaints Policy and Procedure [DOC 64.50KB].
