Part of Sussexsport's Group Exercise Programme
We offer drop-in racket sport classes, in addition to coaching in tennis, squash and badminton.
Current racket classes running as part of our group exercise programme include:
- Badminton for beginners - learn the basics of the game and casual play. Learn the essential shots of the game and positional sense.
- Badminton for improvers - for those that have a basic understanding of the game and want to improve shot execution and selection.
- Squash coaching session - open to all standards of player allowing them to work on the core techniques and tactics to play the game. The session will be a mixture of coaching and game play.
