Staff-only yoga

Sussexsport is running a six-week staff-only yoga course, starting Wednesday 28 February and finishing on Wednesday 4 April.
Classes run from 5.45pm-6.45pm each week in the Barlow Gallery, located in the Library.
Yoga tutor Gratia Churchill will help you learn to relax into your body and become naturally stronger.
The class will focus on simple movements and techniques that encourage the mechanics of your body to work well and efficiently, helping to reduce tension, feel supported and naturally strong in body and mind.
