All of Sussexsport’s Active US drop-in sessions (excluding £1 swims) are free during Trial It week, starting Monday 30 January through to Sunday 5 February.

Try out all the things you missed the first time around. There’s something for everyone, with a range of social sport activities. Check out the Facebook events for sessions below:

• Volleyball
• Quidditch
• Futsal
• Badminton
• Squash
• Netball 

Active US are also running a free takeover night of the Sport Centre on Friday 3 February, with UV spin, UV badminton, a special commercial dance class, volleyball, squash and table tennis. Find out more and sign up to UV spin and dance via the Facebook event.

Active US sessions are relaxed, non-competitive and informal and run every week during term time.

There is no need to sign up; simply wear what you feel comfortable in and turn up.
