  • Can aid recovery from injury, operation and illness

This energetic workout is low-impact, suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, beginners are very welcome. Learn to activate, circulate and balance Qi, releasing stagnant energy; breathe in a smooth continuous flow in harmony with movement; calm the mind and enjoy space to let go of stress and awaken to your senses.
