"I never felt that group fitness classes were my thing - I was persuaded to join the Life Fitness class last year and I've stuck with it. Why? It's never the same old routine - every instructor brings variety so you never get bored. It's easy to fit in a couple of sessions a week with the group exercise classes and they fit conveniently into my lunch break - so no excuses - give it a go, you will quickly feel the benefits in your personal fitness ... I know I have." John Knight
"I'm someone who doesn't do gyms but I've been going to the Life Fitness class for nearly a year. I really enjoy the classes as each session is different and it works the whole body. I have noticed a difference in my body shape and feel a lot fitter. I have even joined the gym as a result of coming to the class. The fact that it is a small class and is only 30 minutes really appealed to me as it fitted into my lunch hour." Lisa - Brighton and Sussex Medical School
"I started coming to the Life Fitness style class because I wanted to become fitter and lose weight. I used to find exercise really boring but since coming to the classes I have dropped eight dress sizes, feel much fitter and have lots of energy and I feel really really great. The instructors are fantastic and are very supportive. Exercise has now become part of my lifestyle and I would recommend the classes to anyone who wishes to become fitter." Priyanka Patel - Sussex Institute
