Intra-mural competitions are open to staff and students and allow you to enjoy regular sport throughout the term. Prizes are awarded to the winners.
All players need to register free at www.sportalise.com/sussexsport before entering their teams. All information on the intra-mural programme can be found at this site, including scores, league tables, fixtures etc. You only need to set up an account once and can then use this for all activities and all terms. N.B. for team competitions, each individual player needs to register an account and link to a team.

Outdoor six-a-side football
on Mondays and Fridays from 12-2pm at the Falmer Sports Complex. Entry fee is £55 per team, paid on-line. Maximum of 32 teams. Team registration is done on-line at www.sportalise.com/sussexsport. Tournament starts week beginning 11th February. Teams will play one match a week in a weekly league with knockouts at the end. Maximum squad size is 12 players.
Indoor five-a-side football
on Tuesdays from 1-3pm and 3-5pm at the Sport Centre. Entry fee is £45 per team, paid on-line. Maximum of 16 teams. Team registration is done on-line at www.sportalise.com/sussexsport. Tournament starts Tuesday 12th February. Teams will play one match a week in a weekly league with knockouts at the end. Maximum squad size is 10 players.
Squash leagues
Played in a box league format. Entry into the leagues is £15 for the whole year, paid on-line. Registration is done on-line at www.sportalise.com/sussexsport Players are guaranteed at least one scheduled game per week.
Drop in basketball
on Mondays from 1-3pm at the Sport Centre at £2 per session payable at reception. However, sessions on 14th, 21st and 28th January will be from 1-2pm only and will be charged at the rate of £1.50.
Wednesdays from 16th January at 12-1pm at the Sport Centre priced at £1.50 per session payable at reception.
Pick up games for all abilities. There is no need to book just turn up and play.
