Stanmer Court is a student residence located on the south side of the University, next to Falmer station.
The development consists of three cross-shaped blocks containing a number of self-contained flats housing between four to six students and providing 474 bedrooms in all.
Each flat has its own kitchen/dining facilities and lounge area, and all rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities. There are also a number of single-person studio flats and accommodation for students with a physical disability.
This project was carried out by a developer and is leased to the University. The accommodation is for the sole use of Sussex students.
