Great value for money:
- All rooms are self-catering, basic and range from (i) budget, (ii) standard and (iii) en-suite.
- Unless you have an en-suite, all bathrooms, kitchen's and living areas are shared by 5-12 people.
- Basic supplies, e.g bed linen, cutlery, plates etc are included.
- If you would like you own flat, please complete the application 3. Groups (you will have to pay for all rooms).
- Our rooms are bookable over Pride Weekend, 31 August - 3 September 2012.
- Allocations are subject to availability and rooms are always popular.
1. Single existing Sussex students not currently living with us:

2. Single visiting students and other visitors not currently living or studying with us:
(1 week minimum stay)
Example costs:
Visiting Student: £70 per week in a budget shared room to £140.00 per week in an en-suite room.
Non Student Visitor: £100 per week in a budget shared room to £168 per week in an en-suite room (VAT inclusive).

3. Group (4 or more people) not currently living or studying with us:
(2 night minimum stay, most requests are for 1 week)
Example costs:
Non Student Visitor: £100 per week in a budget shared room to £168 per week, en-suite room (VAT inclusive) .
A booking fee of £40 is required upon application which will be deducted from your group bill.
