Accessing Research Professional:

There are two possible options for accessing Research Professional:

1. Campus Access - This provides a quick and easy route to research professional's database without the need to register. However, the features are limited. You CANNOT save searches but you can e-mail any search results to yourself or anyone who you think may be interested.
2. Self-registration - This takes around 5 minutes to complete. For straightforward instructions please see the Research Professional Quick Start Guide [PDF 2MB]. The added benefit of registering is that you can set up e-mail alerts and save funding searches, which will automatically update. The Research Development Team is always on hand to assist with registration and to help you set-up your personalised funding searches. Also keep an eye out for your workgroup funding folders (set-up by your Research Development Officer).

Assistance:

If you are having any difficulties with obtaining funding opportunities of relevance to you, or would like some general advice on how to narrow your searches and make the search more targeted, please contact your Research Development Officer.

To sign up for the demonstration, simply send an email to clientservices@researchresearch.com.

• State "Research Professional Broadcast Demonstration" in the subject line
• Give the date of the presentation you would like to attend in the body text

Once registered, users will be sent the information they will need to view the demonstration. As places on the demonstration are limited, it is important that users sign up ahead of time for any sessions they would like to attend.

Broadcasts  will take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Each session will run between 10.00am and 11.00am (UK)
