Our visual identity

The University of Sussex's visual identity is the visual manifestation of our brand, through which we convey who we are and what we have to offer.

Our visual identity is much more than just a logo. We have developed a typographic style, approach to design, choice of colours, a tone of voice and photographic style. Together, these will ensure that all our communications, internal and external, have a consistent look and feel and support the growth of the University's identity and reputation.

Our intention is for a strong, coherent and distinctive look, which encourages creativity and imagination; a look and feel for Sussex that helps us to engage with our diverse, and visually astute, audiences.

Our visual identity is flexible and adaptable, and will ensure our communications look modern and memorable.
