Biography

I grew up passionate about fundamental physics and knew from early on that I wanted to spend my life in the understanding of physical phenomena, mathematical language and experimental investigation. I finished my primary education in Mathura (India). As for my post-secondary education, I got the opportunity to enrol in a 3- year undergraduate (Bachelor of Science, Ramjas college) and a 2-year postgraduate program (Master of Science, Department of Physics and Astrophysics) in the University of Delhi where I learned fundamentals of Physics. Consistent learning about different domains in physics motivated me to join the second postgraduate program (Master of Technology) at the Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi (IIT-D). Both postgraduate programs perfectly coincided with my educational and scientific interests: Ultrafast Photonics. Other than my academics, my day starts with playing flute and cooking (sometimes). I love to travel and explore my adaptability towards new people and cultures.
