James Mumina is a Ph.D. candidate in Geography, His research focuses on how Earth Observation data (Sentinels) can be used to monitor and near real-time prediction of useful and accessible Biomass (grass & shrubs) to develop resilience among Pastoralist communities in arid and semi-arid Kenya. He is working with Dr. Pedram Rowhani and Dr. Alexander Antonarakis.
