Njod Aljabr is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Management of Sussex Business School. She is also working toward her PGCert in Social Science Research. Before Pursuing her PhD, Njod obtained her Msc in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she was nominated as a member of the International Business Honor Society (Beta Gamma Sigma). Njod held academic positions at King Faisal University and at Jubail University College. She also worked as a Doctoral Tutor at the University of Sussex.
