Teaching

My research in the area of the law of obligations has informed my teaching of contract law. In particular, my research in the area of civil remedies has led me to emphasise the remedial ramifications of certain categorisations and distinctions in contract law.

My research in the area of private international law has informed my teaching of that subject. My interest in the relationship between private international law and transnational commercial law has led to me consider issues of interaction between the two areas, which I bring into my teaching in the LLM modules Approaches to International Commercial Law and Transnational Commercial Law.

In 2014-15 I am teaching in the following modules:

Law of Contract (LLB, Graduate Entry LLB and Graduate Diploma in Law)

Approaches to International Commercial Law (LLM)

Transnational Commercial Law (LLM)
