Group processes. My research interests generally are in the area of group processes, and particularly social influence and reaction to deviants. These include studies of conformity and minority influence, and studies using computer-mediated commun-ication to investigate reactions to deviants in small groups, and in particular processes leading to social inclusion and exclusion. A second area of interest is in research methods, especially structural equation modelling, hierarchical linear modelling and meta-analysis.
