Jonardon Ganeri is currently Professor of Philosophy at the University of Sussex, Adjunct Professor of Philosophy at Monash University, and Visiting Professor at Kyunghee University Seoul, and he has been a visiting professor at the Universities of Chicago, Pensylvannia, JNU Delhi, and EHESS Paris. He read Parts I and II in Mathematics and Part III in Mathematical Physics at the University of Cambridge, before doing his DPhil in Philosophical Sanskrit at the University of Oxford. He now works on the philosophy of self, consciousness and self-knowledge, on conceptions of rationality, on epistemology, metaphysics, and the philosophy of language and logic. The author of seven books and editor or co-editor of seven more, he has published in Mind, Philosophy and Phenomenological Research, The Australasian Journal of Philosophy, Synthese, New Literary History, Philosophy & Literature, and other leading peer-reviewed philosophy journals. He is a subject-editor for the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, and a member of the editorial boards of History and Philosophy of Logic, Philosophy East & West, and other journals. 

He is a life member of Clare Hall Cambridge and a member of common room at Wolfson College Oxford, University College Oxford, and  Churchill College Cambridge.
