Research

Dr Shahrzad Fouladvand’s main research interests are in the area of international criminal justice systems, particularly, International Criminal Court (ICC). She participated in a field research in relation to Money Laundering and Fraud at the financial crime unit within Sussex Police.  She conducted a research on Trafficking in Persons as a form of organised crime from two diverging perspectives of the criminal justice intervention approach and the labour paradigm. Her current research plan is examining the links between Human Trafficking and Corruption.
