Timeline

These are the timelines for the two areas of activity - "total facilities management" and "catering operations".

In May 2012 we published an initial timeline published in May 2012 when the process began, as set out below.

In March 2013 we announced to staff that the latest expected timings were:

  • September 2013 for transfer to new catering provider
  • October 2013 for transfer to new facilities management provider

We are currently (May 2013) in the competitive dialogue phase in relation to facilities mananagement and catering.

We will be announcing the preferred providers in the summer that and undertaking TUPE information and consultation processes.
