Purchasing Cards
Purchasing card application forms can be downloaded using the link below. They can be completed electronically, but applicants should note they are printable but cannot be saved on your computer. Completed application forms must be forwarded to the Procurement Office. Users are encouraged to read the Barclaycard policy [Word format]

Important: New and existing card holders must download and read the contents of the above 'Cardholders Manual' which contains full instructions for the correct use of the card.
All applications must be initialled by the Line Manager in Section B, alongside the 'New Cardholder Details' .
