UCEA confirmed earlier this month that agreement had been reached on the national pay negotiations for 2009-10, with an increase in pay rates on the national pay spine for non-clinical staff of 0.5%, effective from 1 August 2009.
As a result, the University is making arrangements for the new rates to be implemented, together with back pay where due, in time for the February payroll.
