Strategic Plan - Making the Future - 2009-2015
The Strategic Plan sets out the principal goals and strategies at Sussex to 2015. It outlines how the University aims to succeed in the highly competitive global Higher Education context – to organise its structures, manage its activities and invest its resources to deliver outstanding education, training and research.
The Office of Governance and Secretariat plays a key role in ensuring the Plan is realised in a number of ways. These include:
- monitoring key performance indicators and risks;
- providing management information;
- providing sector data and analysis;
- supporting academic units in aligning local plans to the shared strategic direction of the University.
