Research Degree and Professional Doctorate appeals

Appeals can be made against failure of a research degree or professional doctorate or against a decision of your School that you be required to withdraw on the basis of unsatisfactory progress. For details, please see the Regulations for the Award of the Degrees of Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy or the Regulations for the Award of Professional Doctorates and exit awards in the latest annual edition of the University Regulations. Appeals must be submitted, with supporting evidence, no later than twenty-one calendar days after the publication of results.
