Students and staff will be humiliating themselves at the University of Sussex tomorrow (15 November) to raise money for the annual BBC for Children in Need appeal.
The University is to hold a special Pudsey bad taste aerobics workout. Expect weird and wonderful costumes from eighties-tastic legwarmers and headbands to nautical water wings and school uniforms.
All those in costume will have to make a donation to Children in Need, those not in costume will have to make an even bigger donation!
Clare Hicks, Sportcentre manager and organiser of the event said: "Every Children in Need we try to do something fun so the campus community can join in with the event. Hopefully the bad taste aerobics will not only help promote fitness but also raise some much needed cash."
There will also be a raffle for a chance to win a genuine Children Need Pudsey Bear.
The bad taste aerobics workout will be from 1 -2pm in the Sportcentre, University of Sussex campus, Falmer.
