Computer science students to present their work to local companies
Computer science students at the University of Sussex will present their final project work to guests from local industry and commerce on Wednesday 4 July.
Hosted by the Centre for Advanced Software Applications (CASA), the event will showcase work from students on four Masters degree programmes - Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems, Human-Centred Computer Systems, Intelligent Systems, and Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Twenty-five students will give poster presentations of their project work to representatives from twenty companies, including Victoria Real, Epic, IBM, BT, CyberLife Research, Searchspace, Worth Media, and Infermed.
"This event is an excellent opportunity for students to meet industry representatives and for the University to develop its relationships with local companies," says organiser Sejal Shah.
