The University of Sussex offers three innovative and unique masters programmes in journalism, delivered by the School of Media, Film and Music in collaboration with working professional journalists.
Our MAs in Journalism are designed for graduates from all backgrounds keen to pursue or develop a career in journalism, or a related media industry as well as those interested in pursuing critical study of contemporary journalism.
You will be taught by a very experienced faculty within a highly rated academic institution, and by our partners, Brighton Journalist Works, at their training rooms at a daily newspaper with print and online operations.
Both sites offer excellent technical facilities, including a dedicated newsroom equipped with the latest software, television and radio studios, and a suite of digital media labs.
