For Associate Tutors
Teaching available 2013-2014
Applications are invited from Research Students to join the School of Law, Politics and Sociology pool of associate tutors.
Associate tutors need to have up-to-date subject expertise and ideally have relevant teaching and administrative experience. If applicants have more than three years teaching experience they will be exempt from the compulsory requirement to enrol on the TLDU Associate Tutor training course Starting to Teach. We cannot guarantee work as a tutor but we would like to develop a ‘pool’ of tutors, who have been interviewed and are prepared to teach for the School if they are offered teaching.
Please note: If you have received an Associate Tutor contract and have been teaching for the School there is no need to apply again.
If you would like to apply please complete the application form below, and return to Lynn Gibbs, School Administrator Friston 121 or email L.M.Gibbs@sussex.ac.uk , together with your supporting information. Deadline: 31 May 2013.
