Supporting Enterprising researchers

The Business and Enterprise team at the university organise a range of workshops, talks and competitions throughout the academic year, encouraging you to develop entrepreneurial skills including ideas generation, creativity and collaborative working. We support participation from all disciplines and years.

Enterprise Thursdays are inspirational speaker events open to students, staff, alumni and the local business community. Hear inspiring stories and case studies from entrepreneurs in international development, social enterprise, small and large businesses and from many different backgrounds. This is also a key opportunity for networking, understanding new ideas and different ways of working.
