Finding Books

The Library Catalogue allows you to search the Library holdings:

A number of specialised libraries are situated around the campus. Sussex researchers can use the University of Brighton Library and can borrow some material through the SCONUL scheme. You can search the University of Brighton catalogue online.

There are also 16 public libraries in the Brighton and Hove area. Their collective holdings are searchable through the Spydus Catalogue. Postgraduate students and researchers at Sussex can also make use of other academic libraries around the country. Copac gives access to the merged online catalogues of major Universities, as well as specialist and national libraries in the UK and Ireland - this includes the British Library.
