Group Study Room bookings
You can book a study room online, and, if a room is available, you can also make an immediate booking at the door using your Library card.
You may find these rooms useful for group work and if you are a research postgraduate, or a member of faculty you may also book study rooms in the Research Hive too.
When you create a booking you will be given a PIN number for the door. You may give this to other members of your group, and they will be able to enter the room using their own card.
It is only possible to book 5 sessions per week.
Room Locations
- Rooms 0.1 - 0.3 are located on the ground floor on the Library
- Rooms 1.1 - 1.8 are located on the first floor of the Library
- Rooms 2.1 - 2.2 are located on the second floor in the Research Hive. These are accessible by researchers and staff only.
Bookings are automatically cancelled ten minutes after the start time if no borrower card is shown at the door. To prevent someone else from being able to book the room, please do not arrive late for a booking, or enter the room without showing your card - even if the door is open.
