Group Study Room bookings

You can book a study room online, and, if a room is available, you can also make an immediate booking at the door using your Library card.
You may find these rooms useful for group work and if you are a research postgraduate, or a member of faculty you may also book study rooms in the Research Hive too.
When you create a booking you will be given a PIN number for the door. You may give this to other members of your group, and they will be able to enter the room using their own card.
It is only possible to book rooms for up to fifteen hours per week.
Room Locations
- Rooms 0.1 - 0.3 are located on the ground floor on the Library
- Rooms 1.1 - 1.8 are located on the first floor of the Library
- Rooms 2.1 - 2.2 are located on the second floor in the Research Hive. These are accessible by researchers and staff only.
Please take note that it is very important to scan your card at the door when you enter the room, even if the door is open; otherwise your booking may be automatically cancelled.
