Does my project fit the basic requirements?
- The identified project must be a strategic development for the company, deliver tangible business benefits and clear commercial outcomes
- It is likely that the project will take between 1 to 3 years to complete
- Your organisation or business should have been operating for at least 2 years, and be financially sound
