WinSCP

WinSCP is a Windows SCP (Secure Copy) and SFTP (Secure FTP) client which will securely transfer files to and from servers running SSH. It can optionally translate the line-endings of text files between Windows and Unix conventions.

PuTTY

PuTTY is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for PCs running Microsoft Windows. Its primary advantage over CRT and other Telnet programs is that SSH provides a secure, encrypted connection to the remote system. It's also small and self-contained and can be carried around on a USB stick.

TrueCrypt

TrueCrypt is an open-source encryption program for Windows, Mac and Linux. It can be used to encrypt all of the information on your computer, or just particular devices such as a USB flash drive. You can also set up an encrypted area in which to store confidential files and data.
The software protects private information in the event that the computer or flash drive is stolen.
