UPDATE: 11 Jul 2018 - 10:01am
If your device has lost its connection to eduroam, you can quickly reconnect by running the eduroamCAT installer.
Please ensure your device is online. To do this, either connect to a 4g network (where possible) or connect to the wi-fi network called sussex.ac.uk-wifi-setup. Then follow these steps:
- ‘Forget’ or ‘remove’ your existing connection to eduroam on your device
- Run the eduroamCAT installer. You can find instructions for your device at sussex.ac.uk/eduroam
- When you’re asked for your username and password, please enter:
Username: your Sussex username followed by @sussex.ac.uk (eg, ano123@sussex.ac.uk)
Password: your normal Sussex password
If you don’t add @sussex.ac.uk after your username, your device won’t connect to eduroam.
If you can’t connect your device to eduroam, please bring it to the IT Service Desk in Shawcross.
